Here's what the process looks like

We’ll start with an initial functional movement assessment and a fascial assessment. This helps me identify where some of your muscular or fascial imbalances might be. After your assessment we will discuss the best plan for you. Your plan could be anything from corrective exercises to work with the muscular imbalances or a self/assisted stretch program based on your fascial assessment. *self/assisted stretch program information can be found on the self/assisted stretch page of my website.

Once you book your spot, we’ll do a little prep work. After you reserve your spot by paying for your package in full, we will begin with creating a program. My goal is to help you build a balanced foundation so that your body functions properly through your daily activities.

And then we’ll dive into training. Now the fun part begins as you watch your goals become reality! I’ll provide you with weekly instruction, motivation and check-ins to keep you on track.

And then we will celebrate you! The time and effort behind training in a corrective functional format will change your body forever.
