Here's what to expect:

Functional FFIT/Pilates/MOFLEX

  • Functional FFIT is an all level workout that will burn fat and build muscle using functional movements that will improve your strength and mobility for daily living

  • MOPLEX is an all level class that incorporates mobility, old school mat pilates for deep core, hips, and low back strengthening and end with flexibility moves to keep you feeling free from tension.

  • MOFLEX is a 30 min mash up class that focuses on mobility and flexibility

  • Functional FFIT and MOPLEX classes are hybrid for your convenience and are kept at a smaller group setting for form and quality focused training
