Here's what to expect:

FFIT Camp/Pilates/FFIT Flow

  • FFIT Camp is an all level workout that will burn fat and build muscle meeting twice per week at WILCO park

  • Pilates in the Park. Strengthening pelvic/core/butt/back and meets once a week at WILCO PARK

  • FFIT Flow is a one hour class focusing on stretching and strengthening, meets every other week at my home

  • FFIT Groups allow you to surround yourself with like-minded individuals and move at your pace

  • Free nutrition tips and recipes at your fingertips in our Facebook community

  • Motivation to meet your health and wellness goals

  • FFIT Groups max 20 people, form and quality focused
