Here's what to expect:
Functional FFIT/MOFLEX
Functional FFIT is an all level workout that will burn fat and build muscle using functional movements that will improve your strength and mobility for daily living. This class is for you if you want a hybrid style workout that teaches you how to weight train for strength and functionality, light cardio and a mix in of mobility and pilates.
MOFLEX is a 30 min mash up class that focuses on mobility and flexibility
Functional FFIT is hybrid for your convenience and are kept at a smaller group setting for form and quality focused training
