But if you’ve ever tried your hand at creating your own meal plans and nutrition goals, you know that it’s much more difficult than meets the eye. The entire process (or lack thereof) can leave you second guessing every decision and feeling like a novice.

That’s where this nutrition program comes in.

For a fraction of the cost for an in-home chef or nutritionist, I’ll provide you with practical ways that you can improve your current eating habits and help you create meal plans that pack the most nutritional value for you to live healthier while also reaching your fitness goals.


Here’s what the process looks like

We’ll start with a little prep work. After booking your package, I’ll send you a shared Google Doc with some questions about your current eating habits, a meal tracker, and your nutrition goals. This will give me better insight into your habits and allow me to come up with a game plan before meeting.

Then, I’ll create your custom plan. We’ll discuss your specialized meal plan and any hangups or pain points you have. You’ll receive a shopping list and 3-5 action steps to complete before our next coaching session, along with helpful tools and resources for accomplishing them.

I’ll follow up with a recap of our session. To help you follow along and not worry about missing helpful tips and how-to’s in our sessions, I create a Google Doc with an outline, notes, and links. I send it to you after our meetings so you can refer back to it later.

And then I’ll check in weekly to see how it’s going. You can expect a text message from me once each week for accountability. I’ll ask you about your progress, answer any questions you might have, and give you a little extra encouragement to keep moving forward with your action steps.
