In the excitement of attaining your fitness and wellness goals, it can be hard to find clear-cut direction.

You might find yourself second-guessing your decisions, questioning what you should be working on and how you should be doing it. You may feel lost and frustrated with the steps you need to take to reach your goals and feel better in your body.

And that’s where personal training comes in.

Based on your personal & individual needs and setbacks, I meet you where you are and come up with practical ways you can improve your total body wellness to fall in love with your body again.

Here's what the process looks like

We’ll start with an initial inquiry call. I’ll explain the ins and outs of my personal training process, review all of the items you’ll receive once we begin working together, and answer any questions you have.

Once you book your spot, we’ll do a little prep work. After you reserve a spot in my personal training calendar by paying for your package in full, I’ll send over a shared Google Doc with questions to help me understand your wellness goals and struggles. We’ll discuss your answers together before we officially begin training.

And then we’ll dive into training. Now the fun part begins as you watch your goals become reality! Over the course of the initial 3 months, I’ll provide you with weekly instruction, motivation, check-ins, and sets, to keep you on track.

I’ll hand over your sets. After you’ve completed your first 3 months of training, I’ll explain your sets and continued training and hand them over to you in a shared Google folder so you can continue to access them!

And then we will celebrate you! The time and effort behind training like this is worth celebrating! I’ll share your progress to our Fit Foodie community group, where you will be motivated with like-minded women just like you.
