I can say this with FULL confidence, it seems like we are always running to catch our tails these days. What I have seen fall to the waste side has been movement. Movement doesn’t have to be this big task on our to do list, unfortunatley I think that is how most of us view exercise.
Taking a small amount of time each day and making the most of it really will get you there faster and more efficiently. Let me give you a small example, of the clients that I work with the ones that seem to feel the most balanced, the most flexible, the most mobile and the strongest are the ones that I see 2-3 times a week for 30 min. That is it. They come in warmed up and ready to go, they are given homework to do on their off days and they focus on active recovery days. So the next time you feel like your schedule is all consuming and you end up crossing exercise off your list and pushing it to the next day, then the next, then the next day after that and then all of the sudden the week is starting over. Stop and give yourself just 30 min every other day and see what happens, see how you feel and see what kind of habit you make of it. Consistency is discipline and structure and as humans we really really need that.
Here is an example a few items that are on my clients FFIT Cards. I am happy to share more of this with you, come see me for a FREE ASSESMENT!
