Apparently a recent study was done on rapid aging between 44 and 60. This study highlighted the rapid aging process many experience between the ages of 44 and 60. This period is marked by significant biological and physical changes, often accelerated by lifestyle factors like stress, poor diet, lack of exercise and inadequate sleep. The study suggests that changes such as reduced muscle mass, bone density and slower metabolism can be mitigated with proactive health habits. DUH!!!!!
